Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Sy lost his eye three weeks ago due to Cancer. He is a 7 year old with a lot of spite and fight. He has an appt to get his new eye made at the University of MN. Thanks to your generosity, he will look like a "normal" kid in a few months.

Assistance Request

Please note the following before you submit a request for funds:

You may request funds as an individual or organization.
Requests must be for use locally or for local organizations or individuals.
Requests should be for a specific amount but the board may award a lesser amount.
Requests received less than four days before our Tuesday meeting may not make it on the current agenda.
After reviewing your request, we will contact you to attend one of our meetings and present your request to our club.
All 501(c)(3) & 501(c)(4) organizations must submit an IRS tax status determination letter, or have one on file with the Clearwater Lions.
Request may take up to 30 days for a response.
